i wanna integrate this plugin to my plugin. i need event to check something before player make a RP

yeah, add the event. but if u have not time to do that, i can help u, u just need to tell me which line i put the event emitter

You already can hook into event CreateRegionEvent and set cancelled to true to cancel the region creation
