Track advances with video collapsed cause it to reopen

I'm currently getting a bug when I collapse the video to hide it and get a larger chat window. This is fine, except on the next occurring track advance, the video window reopens and leaves the chat in the expanded state.

👍 would love to have this fixed so I can hide sketchy videos reliably at work and still see chat
