Implement chunk selection when staging file

Design:

• action to check/uncheck all
• action to check/uncheck a chunk
• Then output cherry pick ???

Note: we can use git-add -e with Emacs and kill chunks. But it only work if we don't want to cherry pisk within a chunk!
