Creating a Table for Politician's Position based on the KanidierendenCheck of Abgeordnetenwatch.
This includes so far MV Election 2021, BTW 2021, Berlin Election 2021.
This Table needs to get connected to an Assumption Table and also to the existing Parliament_period table.
