"Couldn't resolve Refit" exception when opening Walker Map template.

Describe the bug

Whenever launching a project created using the Walker Map template, we see errors like the ones shown below:

To Reproduce

  1. Open the attached project
  2. Check the console
  3. See a couple exceptions

Expected behavior

The Walker Map template should not be erroring on start.
