disclaimer not fully readibly. I can't make the message bigger. If I drag it to my 1080p screen it still is the same size(so still can't read it).

This appears to be more than the welcome pop. The entire program is not scaling appropriately on 4k tv's due to DPI settings. Configured for some level of leanback with 350% many options are not visible. This should be something that can be duplicated for testing by turning up DPI with or without a 4k display.

use 100% scaling on the exe. Helper is not DPI aware
