Issue description

The back face of an Empty Impetus is not a valid target for a spell circle pulse, so placing an empty impetus in the middle of a straight path of slates causes the circle to fail. If the pulse comes into the Empty Imeptus from any of the other sides, it works fine.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set up a working spell circle
2. Replace a slate in a straightaway with an Empty Impetus
3. Observe that the back face of the Empty Impetus blocks the pulse and makes the circle invalid
