Unexpected GET on ui-router state change when touch duration is below some threshold.

Only happens on touch based devices when link is clicked fast.
To reproduce, launch this plunker in fullscreen in the iOS Simulator and do a 'fast click' on the link.

It works on mobile and desktop if you remove the famous lib.
