Enable touchscreen/pen scrolling in settings

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently finger touch or pen input doesn't let me scroll in FancyWM settings - while it generally works everywhere else.

Describe the solution you'd like
Enable/implement touchscreen/pen scrolling. If this is using some standard widgets might be as simple es enabling some properties.
