Allow float rule by window title

Some programs open new windows with unpredictable window classes but consistent window titles, and in certain cases these windows should float. For example, when working with Max MSP, you can open the wiki for a type of object. This wiki entry opens in a new window, but doing so moves or resizes the main window in which I'm programming. The window class is equal to the window class of the main window, and it's considered the same process as well - but the window title is named .maxhelp.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to be able to use the window's title to create a float rule with a regex, so that I can use e.g. "*.maxhelp" to float all max help windows. This might also be useful for other programs.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I've considered floating Max MSP in its entirety, but this messes up my workflow.
