Taskbar Tray Replacement and/or Windows Urgent Indicator/Notification Dots

Would it be possible to access the windows notification tray icons (malwarebytes, steam etc)? Sometimes I need to open the context menu for these background services and the only current way is to show taskbar, expand the tray, and do it from there.
In addition, one way I can tell if I have, for example, a message on Discord is by noticing the highlighted taskbar icon and/or message number badge. Is there a way to replicate this in tabame?
I think this would be useful also. Perhaps a bit off topic, but having a way to alphabetically resort the systemtray icons would be AWESOME. No app that I know of can do this currently. Since apps are constantly entering and leaving the systemtray, repositioning them automatically would be ideal.
