Auto upgrade not listening to what I want

Bug description
keeps upgrading passed when I tell it to stop.
Steps to reproduce
sets > toxic
level 1-5
select gear that fits this criteria
set upgrade select items to lvl to 4
then start
it will upgrade the first item, then it will hang, and start going further. this was working before i did this, and it works intermittently after but i'm not 100% sure selecting a set is a factor anymore. it seems like it knows that it's done with what was asked of it, but does not back out of the item and go into a new item.
