Peaklist name display issue on SideBar

We have recently commented that, as far as my knowledge goes, after a fontconfig update on the Linux universe in general (a first met it in manjaro bug but also later in Ubuntu derivatives), the peaklist names ceased to show up on the side bar after drag&drop or folder selection from Peaklist Dataset Folder. This behavior happens with version 1.01alpha release for the paper submission to JBNMR version link and that was retested countless times.

Today I tried different things in order to better track this issue:

• Selected a peaklist containing folder in Peaklist Dataset Folder option:
  • No peaklist names showed in sidebar
  • Saved the configuration and no peaklists where stored in the config file. Meaning that it is not only a problem on displaying but instead a problem of loading.
• Manually configure the experimental tree in the json file.
  • when doing this the experimental tree and peaklist names in the side bar appear correctly in the GUI, normal and expected behavior.

Considering this, I assume that the fontconfig bug is affecting the load of the peaklists more than actually drawing its names in the Side bar.
