TOCSS: failed to transform "css/main.scss"

Hi

I want to change baseURL from "https://example.com" to "https://example.com/test"
and then I got this error:
Error: Error building site: TOCSS: failed to transform "css/main.scss" (text/x-scss): resource "scss/test/css/main.scss_b95b077eb505d5c0aff8055eaced30ad" not found in file cache

I have never seen this error before, can you explain how can I solve it?
