Get CLAs (request by Eclipse foundation)

Ok, one thing that I haven't done so far but that is needed is to get CLAs for (code) contributions. So far there's just three of us so it should be easy.

Brian @blangel & Nick @nicktelford: apologies for the hassle, but would it be possible to get CLA for your contributions? We can use one that Jackson project uses
