Performance issues reported after approx 1 hours of use. (Input Lag)

probably about an hour or so in a file with about 30 nodes. Happening on both our Mac/Windows builds.

Yeh, it fixes on restart. The whole interface is generally laggy, but it's mostly noticeable
when inputting text (will take a few seconds for text to be inputted - not great!)

Need to research.
