Some Mensen have wrong items, not properly reporting being empty

Magdeburg, Werningerode and Stendal have the item "Beilagen" (in the header "Beilagen"), so they are not empty and thus do not report a closed Mensa.

this has been fixed and send upstream

Probably its not worth to issue a market update just for that purpose but on the other hand lets try to keep it in line with what Eric S. Raymond called the "Release early and often" approach
