Add Custom "Emojis"

Current State
This extension essentially acts as a repository of copy and paste-able strings. There's some things that are similar to emojis, like Kaomoji. I don't think necessarily putting them in for everybody is good idea, though, as some folks would prefer a clean and basic emoji paster without anything outside the Unicode standard.

Desired Goal
What if we had a JSON file that was loaded on extension reload that had custom user-inputted emojis? This way if anybody had their own Kaomoji or equivalent they could share them around!
