Applying changes proxy on the different chrome browser

I use 3 proxy on each different chrome browser which works well. I'm trying to apply proxy on a new chrome browser but it doesn't work. How should I figure it out? I'm trying to the same way to change proxy between the current worked browser and the new one. Thank you
