It doesn't work at all

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Chrome
2. Install Switchy!
3. Restart Chrome
4. Click Switchy!
What is the expected output?
The common Switchy menu
What do you see instead?
There's a 'Not Working Properly' message. Also, after I added the first rule,
it didn't work at all.
Operating system:
Mac
