Region fixer not working

Region fixer not working

I've followed the steps with using regionfixer on command prompt, but whenever I run a command, I get no feedback. I'm running python 3.7.7 on windows 10.

C:\Users\E\Downloads\Minecraft-Region-Fixer-master> python regionfixer.py --help

Edit: Nevermind I fixed it by installing python from the Windows 10 Microsoft Store
