Describe the bug
There is too much going on in the insanity dimension
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Travel to the insanity dimension
- Find some mages and mobs that fight
Expected behavior
The NPCs shouldn't fight so often
Additional context
- Reduce spawn rates
- Spawn mages only in certain areas (around their houses)
