WarMech NPC looks wrong on ToFR final floor (short ToFR)

Combination of Warmech mode ALL (maybe also Warmech mode: Required) and Deep Dungeon/Short ToFR flags triggers an ugly looking WarMech NPC

This is due to a color pallet customization with Short ToFR to make the Lute Plate and Garland look correct, but the addition of WarMech to this floor causes Warmech to look wrong. either Lute plate will look wrong, or Warmech will look wrong, with the way the pallet works by default
