Note: This refers only to the Comment icon on the card and the text accompanying it
- When user clicks the comment icon, they will be shown comment feed
- If user has successfully commented and returned to card, the number next to the comment icon will be updated

@devarshjoshi , @OnyekachiSamuel has already been worked on, available in the codebase, close the issue.
