redransil pointed out that the old link to Filecoin Plus content is broken with the website changes: https://fil.org/filplus/ should redirect to https://fil.org/governance/#panel-3-title

Would love to see this fixed since its currently within the top 2 results for Fil+ searches on Google and we'll probably have eyes on it during Orbit
