Can't install files-cli on my m1 Mac

When running commands on my mac or CI
brew tap Files-com/homebrew-tap
brew install files-cli
getting this:
==> Downloading https://github.com/Files-com/files-cli/releases/download/v2.1.31/files-cli_macOS_ARM64.tar.gz
Already downloaded: /Users/*****/Library/Caches/Homebrew/downloads/2258f90a80b9548f4a4221ab9faa95e39e73ca6bf0b890f94529b36187637fc2--files-cli_macOS_ARM64.tar.gz
==> Installing files-cli from files-com/tap
Error: An exception occurred within a child process:
Errno::ENOENT: No such file or directory - completions/files-cli.bash
Please help or point why it stopped working today.
