1 arrow magically turns into 3 arrows

Description

Time was approximately 2:08. I have only 2 arrows. I make a shot with my bow to kill the wolf, wolf dies immediately. Then I go to pick up my arrow and I see 3 arrows on the ground, all "Dropped by Kycko".

How to reproduce

1. Being client on public server.
2. On region Pleasant Valley
3. Make only one shot with the bow on a wolf
4. Wolf dies immediately
5. You see 3 arrows on the ground

Expected behavior

I've made only 1 shot so there must be only 1 arrow on the ground after killing the wolf.
