Some user might also have OpenPGP keys with email addresses attached to their github account.

curl https://github.com/<username>.gpg | gpg2 --list-packets | grep 'user ID packet'

Even more, the vast majority of users use their primary emails in commits.

Even more, the vast majority of users have a real photo at their avatar at github and a real name as a nickname and yet they claim "most people don't care about their security online".
