It's time to put pictures in the navigation and profile page sidebar.
- Facebook provides an image URL
- Gravatar provides URLs for emails upon request
We probably need (@lingboli) a default icon for users who don't have a fb image or gravatar image, I will make an asana ticket relating to this.

Fixed in dcd2326 with some crappy default user icons from our logo. But we still need images from lingbo.
