Add a course improvements

This is mutually exclusive with #206 We must decide between them

• When auto-complete selection window shows up, it doesn't refresh or go away, if you keep typing.
  • On ajax query fail, dismiss dropdown box (bc the entries are no longer correct)
• The SAVE button is available but doesn't do anything until you choose a course
  • ¿Only show the SAVE button once a course has been selected?
  • ¿Show list like on add note my courses dropdown?
• Autocomplete field is not labeled such that you understand that you can type to search
  • ¿Label it autocomplete or "search for your course"?
• If you type something, and the list doesn't contain what you want, but is not empty, it is not clear how to create a new course.
  • ¿Always show "can't find your course, create a new one now"?
• Autocomplete select list is not styled like the rest of the site and is too big
  • ¿Instead use style like in the upload modal system?
• On success, the font styling showing you your course is far too large
