Documentation suggests it is required for local install on Debian systems, but the package is not found on my system.
Doing an internet search for that package, this repo comes up as a top hit in DuckDuckGo. Figure out what it should be and fix it in the documentation.

It was probably one of the Cryptography dependencies.

Alternatively, libmemcached-dev was missing from the list and it was required for me to get through the install. So maybe that is what should replace libmemcached-devlibffi-dev.
