Document the built version of ftdomdelegate's name

One tangential comment though - it's not documented anywhere as far as I can see that the global produced by the built version provided as a download is domDelegate, not Delegate

I've just put that in the readme. I should really move this over to use the Origami build service - that will also give it UMD - which would be much better than the current CommonJS / window object options.
