Flutter Install not working when pulled from git repo on linux

Flutter gets stuck on Building Flutter Tools
But works when the packaged file from the flutter.dev site is used

I have created a issue tracker on the main repo to get more details

It seems to be a RAM issue,
make sure you have enough RAM before running the flutter install
