Video Freezes but audio continues. Audio continues after game is shut down.

I can play Halo online for about 5 minutes and after that the video will freeze completely but the audio will continue. After I shut down the game, the audio for the game will continue. It works for everybody else and I cannot find anybody else who has this problem.

I don't think this is a launcher issue.
