Getting Bad request error on form submit.

I am trying to use this code for my learning and when I am submitting the form, it's giving a "400 Bad Request" error. Have you faced this issue?
Can you help me to solve this? I am new to nodeJs.

Hi @ga3003, my bad for not including the instructions in the readme. Pls go over this tutorial to see if you missed anything in your implementation.
