Bug Report - Generation 1 only shows last box I saved

Describe the bug
I have created 6 boxes worth of Pokemon for Generation 1 Red. Only the last one I edited before I hit to save to the game's save file actually shows up in the game. All 5 other boxes are completely empty.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create multiple boxes worth of Pokemon on a Red save.
2. Back out of the box and choose to save.
3. Hit the circle button in the lower right.
4. Launch game and verify only last edited box has any Pokemon.

Expected behavior
All boxes should be present in the game.
