Support Pokemon Box save files (pkhex does if anyone needs an example)

It would be useful so you could use pokemon box to store gen 3 pokemon on dolphin or on a gamecube/wii and then dump the save and read the save on your 3ds/switch
Colosseum and XD support is also a feature that should be added (again pkhex is an example of a save editor that can edit saves for the 2 two games)
I know that pksm wont support side games but I think most people would consider atleast colosseum and xd semi-mainline games witch means they should be supported
at some point
another reason this sould be added is that pksm have lets go support and that is more of a spin off then colosseum and xd
