Leaderboard command
It would allow users to see a leaderboard of what everyone's stock holdings are; similar in concept to the economy leaderboard command.

This has been implemented as [p]stock leaderboard on the latest version of the cog. You can update your cogs with [p]cog update. Thanks for suggesting it!
