Lazy loading + better support for mobile devices

When you run this site on desktop it takes a long time to load because it loads all the maps at once.
On a PC it eventually works, but if you do this on a mobile device it will crash the browser making the site unusable on mobile
An easy fix for this would be to lazy load all the maps so only some are loaded at a time

This site was not intended for mobile use. As far as I am aware, you can't even pan on mobile and the UI takes up too much space.
