[BUG]: Game fails to launch a lot of times after you hibernate the computer and start it up again while leaving flashpoint open

If I leave Flashpoint like this:

And most times (not all the time) if I hibernate the computer (while the game is closed) and if I start the computer up again and attempt to launch the game using the specific Armor game launch button, the game fails to launch until I close Flashpoint and open it up again.
