Those comments can arise either because a repo is dead and abandoned with bugs, or it is just 'done' and doesn't need any maintenance.

There's probably a good name related to "breaking the cycle of suffering" somewhere.

@Danack, I see this a lot. 2-6 months of no commits in well-done projects, bam! Someone needs to leave such a comment. I intended it to be sarcastic. 😁
