Documentation talks about a translation configuration. Followed instructions but nothing is translated.

Can you please provide more info about the structure of your files (especially the Strings files) and the exact command you're executing + the output you're getting? Are there any warnings? Please use the -v option to get a more verbose output, maybe it will provide some more detail.
