Removing a field, changing order

Hello,

Is there a way to remove a field? I have an issue that I have clicked twice, while adding a harvester and now i have that harvester shown twice.

Besides that is there any way to sort them? I have added harvesters one-by-one but they appeared in random order on the dashboard.
