Add support for more patchwork providers!

The following websites provide different set of patchwork projects:

• https://patchwork.kernel.org
• https://patchwork.ozlabs.org
• https://patches.linaro.org

It would be better to support multiple patchwork providers!

I am very appraciated for this update that solved the problem. by the way, adding a Patchwork providers ComboBox in the FILTER column would be more convenience, just like the In project. Looking forward to more new features!
