Send redeem link to donator when redeem of at least one perk fails

When an external system (like CFTools) is not available and a donator tries to redeem donation perks, which involves these systems, the redeem fails. Even though the donator is able to redeem the perks again using the very same link, it is unlikely that they know that right now.
In order to ensure that a donator can redeem the perks again:
- Show a copyable link when at least one perk could not be redeemed
- send this link to the donator in discord via a private message

That's how it looks like.
This feature does not need any additional configuration. Messages can be changed like explained here: https://floriansw.github.io/server-donation-tool/#message-overrides/
