Buy a package for another person

A rationale of the idea for now, needs more thinking of the use case, and how it should be embedded in the donation process:
I want to buy a donation package (e.g. with priority queue), however, another user (discord as well as steam) is supposed to redeem this package.

Current problems and things to keep in mind:

• The donation currently holds the "to whom" in itself, preventing someone else to "steal" the donation by redeeming them, or even redeeming it multiple times for different accounts
• Should the donator specify for whom the donation is for already? Or is it a one-time link where someone random can redeem *first-come-first-serve"?
• It needs to be ensured that the first one who redeems at least one perk of the donation package, is matched to the order, and anyone coming after that will not be able to redeem the package again
