One package for multiple servers

One use case is, that there are different packages, which are basically the same for multiple servers. Right now, one needs to create multiple packages, even though the only thing that changes is the priority perk (for what server it will be added for).

For such use case, it would be good to have the possibility to configure a package, which contains a priority queue perk. This perk then has a configuration of the cftools server IDs. The user will be presented with a dropdown, where they need to choose for what server they would like to have the priority queue.

• Configure multiple servers in the priority queue perk
• Render a selection menu when a donator wants to donate for a multi-options priority queue perk
• Redeem the priority queue for the selected server on multi-options priority queue perk
• Consider how multi-options priority queue perks work with Subscriptions
• Render the selected server in the redeem now page (instead of the "one of servers" message)
