Throughout the vue code, there are comments containing <!-- set mb-14 (~56px) on the form to permit access to kebab actions where hubspot chat covers it --> that are placed to quickly find where temporary margins were added until such a time that the HS drag feature is moved out of beta.

Hi @SDMcLaughlin! The draggable widget feature is currently in beta but we plan to release it to all applicable HubSpot portals within the next month.
At which time we should explore this as a more permanent mitigation
