Add "confirm password" to our sign up form

Description

We are seeing a lot of users requesting password resets, friction a user shouldn't have to go through. On review, it seems like a lot of these are caused by typos in their password upon sign up, we only have the single "password" field in our sign-up form, but it's good practice to ask user's to "confirm" their password again to ensure they've typed it as they expect.
