QA - Dashboard - Create Plan - Screen Should be auto reflect if Changes are done from other machine with Same Login.

System Should be Auto Updating if any changes are done with Same User.

Same user is logged in from more than one machine, one is create new plan, at that time that plan is display to second machine also.
now if user want to Edit or update that plan from Second machine, meanwhile that plan is removed from the Machine one. then it should be display proper validation message in machine two instead of 404 Error.
